We wanted to take a moment to share an update and, most importantly, thank you for your patience.

Over the past several months, our team has been working through a significant transition to a new software and management system. Like many organizations undertaking a major technology upgrade, we have encountered challenges along the way, and we fully understand the frustration many contributors have experienced during this process.

We also recognize the seriousness of the situation. While we wish this transition could have happened sooner, our focus has been on moving away from the faults of our previous platform and building a stronger foundation for the future.

The good news is that we have now successfully launched our new platform.

I have been frustrated, mortified, and embarrassed by some of the challenges our contributors have experienced during this transition. We understand the impact this has had, and for that, I sincerely apologize. I am confident that the work completed over the past several months has positioned us for a much stronger future.”

The new platform will provide contributors with improved access, enhanced functionality, and greater opportunities to engage with OneChiropractic’s programs, resources, and global community.

As with any new system, there may still be a few teething problems as we continue to refine processes and ensure everything is operating as smoothly as possible. We ask for your continued patience and understanding during this period.
