OneChiropractic executive director to tour Australia

OneChiropractic executive director Bharon Hoag to tour Australia as misinformation about chiropractic care circulates.

On the back of the Chiropractic Board of Australia reinstating its self-imposed ban on spinal manipulation in children two and under, Bharon will host a series of town halls for chiropractors. The Chiropractic Defense Council (CDC) is a OneChiropractic project, which consists of attorneys and advocates fighting for the rights of chiropractors. The CDC is today fighting 17 cases in Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.

“I will be talking about steps the CDC is taking to defend the rights of chiropractors and seize the opportunities to advance chiropractic care in Australia,” said Bharon.

The tour includes the following stops:

Sunday, July 28, from 12noon at the ACA Conference in Cairns

Monday, July 29, from 7 pm at Coast Chiropractic Kawana on the Sunshine Coast

Wednesday, July 31, from 7 pm at UP Chiropractic in Perth

Friday, August 2, from 7 pm at the Australian College of Chiropractic in Adelaide

Monday, August 5, from 7 pm at Superwell – Albert Park in Melbourne

Wednesday, August 7, from 7 pm at Langwarrin Family Chiropractic in Melbourne

Thursday, August 8, from 7 pm at ChiroH3 in Sydney

Bharon said that the CDC has begun to create a culture of collaboration between chiropractors and organizations in the profession. “This culture is how chiropractic care becomes the number one health choice,” he said. “But it only happens when the profession organizes and better collaborates to not only defend against attacks, which are never-ending, but more importantly take advantage of the opportunities we have.

“This is why I am touring Australia, to organize the profession to stand up and fight back, 10,000 chiropractors moving in one direction are unstoppable.”
